Welcome to KR Travel And Tours. Our latest OTA booking platform with world class service is now available online. No hardware requirements, software downloads, or upgrades. Our new system brings you one of the most cost-effective and value-added services.

  1. Getting started – Your “listing” will include the information we use to advertise your property across our marketing network. It also includes key contact information. The more detail you provide, the more attractive your listing will be to the website visitor. You can add unlimited photos, which will maximize the traffic of your listing to get more potential booking.

You have full online access to update your listing as many times as you like. We will review your submission, usually within 24 – 48 hours. Contact information including email addresses, website URLs, and telephone numbers should not be added to the text content of a listing. Listings that do not meet these guidelines or are interpreted as spam will be rejected.

  1. Listing Activation – You will need to add your availability online before your listing will be activated for display. Your initial addition of online inventory will immediately activate your listing for public view, and your listing will continue to display as long as you maintain inventory online.Important: Upon activation, your online inventory is available immediately for booking by guests on our network websites. It is your responsibility to ensure your inventory is accurate and that you honor all reservations booked through KR Travel And Tours website. Once confirmed, you are responsible for the customer’s reservation and all payments made.To maximize your success, keep an extensive and complete inventory. If you allow your online availability to expire, we will send you a notice. If your listing lapses for more than two weeks in expired status, the real-time booking will be turned off. Kindly add more availability to keep your listing available for real-time booking. If you do not replenish your inventory following notification, your listing may be cancelled. If your listed services has seasonal closings, make sure you add inventory for the next season to avoid the inconvenience of having KR Travel And Tours turned your listing off.
  2. Listing Management – Your listing includes full online access to manage and update your listed services details. This means you can sign in as often as you go to make changes. Include as more information as possible to enhance the booking conversion of your services.  Adding image files (JPEG format) helps to maximize your traffic.If for any reason you wish to cancel your listing, simply send us an email. If you have not yet confirmed your listing, you can click On/Off  listing from your partner setting page. There is no penalty or waiting period if you cancel your listing with KR Travel And Tours. Once cancelled, we no longer display or use your listing information and photos.
  3. Real-time Reservations – KR Travel And Tours has the most advance reservation and inventory management system featuring instant confirmed online reservations for your guests. You have the benefit of credit card confirmations with every reservation. A fully integrated online solution, KR Travel And Tours has no software downloads or hardware requirements! How KR Travel And Tours works – Our website uses proprietary algorithms to match your availability with a prospective guest’s online search for service.  Your online inventory of service is available immediately for booking on our network websites, as well as an extensive network of affiliate partners. It is your responsibility to ensure your inventory is accurate and that you honor all reservations booked through KR Travel And Tours.Guests can get your rates and availability with one click and then select from your available services for the dates they choose. They can also view your rates converted to their own currency. If you have no availability for a given date, or your minimum stay limits  are not met, the guest is prompted to try again. When units are selected for booking, any optional rate plans are presented on the search automatically, and the guest chooses a rate for confirmation.Under certain circumstances, when a guest requests rates for a date that is beyond your range of availability online, we will send you an email notice indicating what dates guests are looking for. This information is part of our value-added service, and it would be best if you could increase or extend your availability online if possible.
  2. Reservation Confirmation – When booking a reservation, a secure page is displayed with all the details necessary for a guest to confirm their reservation. Details of the service, price, and payment information are all provided on this page.

FAQ:   Is there a refund for cancellation? Answer Description: Please review our booking terms and condition before you confirm your booking.

FAQ:   Is there a deposit fee? Answer Description:  A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to process your booking.

FAQ:   What are Payment Options? Answer Description:  You have the option to pay the full amount or pay the required deposit at the time of your booking.

FAQ:   What are Payment Options? Answer Description: You have the option to pay the full amount or pay the required deposit.

FAQ:   When will I pay the balance? Answer Description: The service operator will contact you within 24 to 72 hours with the balance payment instructions if your booking is not yet fully paid.

 

Confirmation Payments
To confirm a reservation, the guest pays a non-refundable deposit and service charge to KR Travel And Tours. For preferred status partners, the deposit represents 10% of the total cost of service, and is retained by KR Travel And Tours. These payments are made to KR Travel And Tours in US Dollars. The remaining balance of 90% of the cost of service is made directly by the guest to the service operator. If your published rate is 50.00, then KR Travel And Tours will collect a deposit of 5.00 for each booking, and you will receive 45.00.

Partners benefit from the lowest available commission rate of 10%. Please be guided that KR Travel And Tours never  collect and retain a deposit from the guest. You may deal directly to the guest on how you collect the full payment prior to their arrival from the billing details of the order notification that you will receive when a booking is confirmed.

Payment Policy
The 90% balance will be paid directly to you in your desired currency. By default, the guest will pay you on arrival. However, KR Travel And Tours gives you the flexibility to maintain your own payment and deposit policies when you work with us. We recognize that service partners have widely varying payment policies. If you specify in your payment/deposit policy in your KR Travel And Tours listing that you will collect a portion of the payment prior to arrival, then you may use the guest’s email details (provided by KR Travel And Tours during confirmation) to charge the guest according to your policy. If you require payment prior to guest arrival, we recommend you specify this directly in your listing, and contact the guest directly following a confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
KR Travel And Tours allow you to enforce your own cancellation and no-show policies. Guests using KR Travel And Tours agree to be bound by your disclosed cancellation policy. Please include your policy, if any, on your listing. If a guest cancels a reservation or is a no-show, you have the right to charge the guest’s (or retain other deposits you receive) based on your stated policy. Please note that KR Travel And Tours facilitates your reservation contract with the guest, and is not responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees. Nor is the deposit that we collect payable to you in such circumstances.

Confirmation Notifications
Following payment of the non-refundable deposit, a confirmation is issued online to the guest, providing details of the reservation and the balance to be made to the service operator. The guest is advised to print the confirmation to present to you on arrival. Both you and the guest receive immediate notification of this confirmation by email.  You can also monitor your new booking in real time from your partner dashboard  ‘ Booking History ‘  page.

As part of the confirmation information provided, we may also include the guest’s email address. This information is required to communicate with the guest regarding special services or arrival details. Please note that, it is not necessary for you to send a separate confirmation to the guest since our KR Travel And Tours confirmation includes all the details the guest will require.  The guest’s email address and billing details are strictly confidential and should not be shared to any other parties.

After a new reservation is communicated to you, there is nothing more you need to do. The reservation has been automatically confirmed by KR Travel And Tours, and the process is complete. You may review past and current reservations by signing in at our website and navigating to the Booking History page.

Your Responsibility
The online inventory you maintain on your listing is always available for booking by guests on our network websites. You will not be notified of a new reservation until it has already been confirmed by KR Travel And Tours to the guest based on your online availability, and the respective deposit collected. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure your inventory is accurate and that you honor all reservations confirmed through KR Travel And Tours. Once a reservation is confirmed, in the event you are over-booked or otherwise unable to accommodate the guest, you are responsible for all payments made and managing the guest’s booking activity.

  1. How to maximize traffic of your listing. KR Travel And Tours recommends the following steps for maximizing your traffic and success in getting more bookings.  As always, our service is totally free for you to use:
  • Maximize your inventory available to guests. Online travel buyers look for flexibility in dates, and frequently book multiple units at once. If you don’t have the availability, they will search elsewhere.
  • One or two months of availability are not enough. Extend your inventory at least into next year or beyond. Most guests seek reservations far in advance prior to arrival.
  • Add unlimited photos to your listing. Photos increase bookings.
  • If you plan a seasonal closing, or just have blocks of time with no vacancy, be sure to add some online availability beyond these dates to avoid interruptions in your service.
  • Keep your listing up to date with comprehensive information about your property. Check for spelling errors, which reduce the appeal of your listing.

If you have paid higher commissions elsewhere, consider lowering your rate on KR Travel And Tours and maintaining the same profit level. Online buyers are savvy and compare for the lowest internet rate. Many other services advertise that they have the “lowest internet rate.” We will not make such claims, but leave the price comparing to our smart online bookers.

  1. Viewing your reservations – Viewing your reservation activity and status is easy with our advanced reporting functionality, which is available all from one page by signing in to your partner’s dashboard. There you will find a summary of your active reservations. Simply click on any new reservation to view the details and retrieve the guest’s billing information.

With KR Travel And Tours you never have to worry about losing your reservation records. We retain all information about past and present bookings in our database, and you can return to the Booking History page at any time to run historical reports.

  1. Listing Price – Your listing is completely free of charge. For confirmed reservations booked , there is a 10% commission on the total cost of service, collected as an upfront deposit for KR Travel And Tours. The guest pays you the remaining balance on or before arrival. Therefore, with KR Travel And Tours, you never make any payments to us.

For preferred status partners, the deposit represents 10% of the total cost of accommodation, and is retained by KR Travel And Tours. The service charge is $0.00 per room booked (or $0.00 per bed for shared accommodation). These payments are made to KR Travel And Tours in US Dollars. The remaining balance of 90% of the cost of accommodation is made directly by the guest to the lodging operator. If your published rate is 50.00, then KR Travel And Tours will collect a deposit of 5.00 for a one night booking, and you will receive 45.00.
