Welcome to KR Travel And Tours. Our latest OTA booking platform with world class service is now available online. No hardware requirements, software downloads, or upgrades. Our new system brings you one of the most cost-effective and value-added services.
This Guidelines will help you understand how to get started, how we work together, and our terms and policies.
You have full online access to update your listing as many times as you like. We will review your submission, usually within 24 – 48 hours. Contact information including email addresses, website URLs, and telephone numbers should not be added to the text content of a listing. Listings that do not meet these guidelines or are interpreted as spam will be rejected.

FAQ: Is there a refund for cancellation? Answer Description: Please review our booking terms and condition before you confirm your booking.
FAQ: Is there a deposit fee? Answer Description: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to process your booking.
FAQ: What are Payment Options? Answer Description: You have the option to pay the full amount or pay the required deposit at the time of your booking.

FAQ: When will I pay the balance? Answer Description: The service operator will contact you within 24 to 72 hours with the balance payment instructions if your booking is not yet fully paid.
Confirmation Payments
To confirm a reservation, the guest pays a non-refundable deposit and service charge to KR Travel And Tours. For preferred status partners, the deposit represents 10% of the total cost of service, and is retained by KR Travel And Tours. These payments are made to KR Travel And Tours in US Dollars. The remaining balance of 90% of the cost of service is made directly by the guest to the service operator. If your published rate is 50.00, then KR Travel And Tours will collect a deposit of 5.00 for each booking, and you will receive 45.00.
Partners benefit from the lowest available commission rate of 10%. Please be guided that KR Travel And Tours never collect and retain a deposit from the guest. You may deal directly to the guest on how you collect the full payment prior to their arrival from the billing details of the order notification that you will receive when a booking is confirmed.
Payment Policy
The 90% balance will be paid directly to you in your desired currency. By default, the guest will pay you on arrival. However, KR Travel And Tours gives you the flexibility to maintain your own payment and deposit policies when you work with us. We recognize that service partners have widely varying payment policies. If you specify in your payment/deposit policy in your KR Travel And Tours listing that you will collect a portion of the payment prior to arrival, then you may use the guest’s email details (provided by KR Travel And Tours during confirmation) to charge the guest according to your policy. If you require payment prior to guest arrival, we recommend you specify this directly in your listing, and contact the guest directly following a confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
KR Travel And Tours allow you to enforce your own cancellation and no-show policies. Guests using KR Travel And Tours agree to be bound by your disclosed cancellation policy. Please include your policy, if any, on your listing. If a guest cancels a reservation or is a no-show, you have the right to charge the guest’s (or retain other deposits you receive) based on your stated policy. Please note that KR Travel And Tours facilitates your reservation contract with the guest, and is not responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees. Nor is the deposit that we collect payable to you in such circumstances.
Confirmation Notifications
Following payment of the non-refundable deposit, a confirmation is issued online to the guest, providing details of the reservation and the balance to be made to the service operator. The guest is advised to print the confirmation to present to you on arrival. Both you and the guest receive immediate notification of this confirmation by email. You can also monitor your new booking in real time from your partner dashboard ‘ Booking History ‘ page.
As part of the confirmation information provided, we may also include the guest’s email address. This information is required to communicate with the guest regarding special services or arrival details. Please note that, it is not necessary for you to send a separate confirmation to the guest since our KR Travel And Tours confirmation includes all the details the guest will require. The guest’s email address and billing details are strictly confidential and should not be shared to any other parties.
After a new reservation is communicated to you, there is nothing more you need to do. The reservation has been automatically confirmed by KR Travel And Tours, and the process is complete. You may review past and current reservations by signing in at our website and navigating to the Booking History page.
Your Responsibility
The online inventory you maintain on your listing is always available for booking by guests on our network websites. You will not be notified of a new reservation until it has already been confirmed by KR Travel And Tours to the guest based on your online availability, and the respective deposit collected. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure your inventory is accurate and that you honor all reservations confirmed through KR Travel And Tours. Once a reservation is confirmed, in the event you are over-booked or otherwise unable to accommodate the guest, you are responsible for all payments made and managing the guest’s booking activity.
If you have paid higher commissions elsewhere, consider lowering your rate on KR Travel And Tours and maintaining the same profit level. Online buyers are savvy and compare for the lowest internet rate. Many other services advertise that they have the “lowest internet rate.” We will not make such claims, but leave the price comparing to our smart online bookers.
With KR Travel And Tours you never have to worry about losing your reservation records. We retain all information about past and present bookings in our database, and you can return to the Booking History page at any time to run historical reports.
